You need to check with a doctor or pharmacist. They will know the best decongestant which won't interfere with your medication, or increase your blood pressure. In my particular situation, I usually use NyQuil (although I buy a store brand with the same ingredients). You might also ask about Coricidin HBP, which is specially designed for people with hypertension, or high blood pressure.
You should also read the full label on any medicine you take. If the label says 'consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure', then do it. You don't want to accidentally harm your health for something as minor as a runny nose, or a cold.
