The pressure you mentioned is not bad in itself. What is his usual blood pressure? Does his blood pressure change with position (standing, lying)? What is his heart rate? 127/67 is NOT serious enough for worry, but the 67 figure is cause of worry if reading takem on empty stomach. Normally blood pressure falls after meals as all blood gets diverted to the digestive tract.
But it is not serious.
The other symptoms may be due to some other medication.
But just in case, keep electral powder ready.
If he feels giddy and perspires a lot suddenly, then it DOES mean his BP is an issue.
Get it read off immediately and if low, administer oral electrolytes.
