Can beet juice really help lower blood pressure? I have read an article that discusses the results of a study conducted at a London university. The sample was very small with 14 respondents. I'm not sure this is a large enough smaple to support this case. On the other hand I do like beetroot. |

Beet juice is known for many health benefits including reducing blood pressure. However, I agree with you on the case study, a larger sample would be more adequate in presenting findings for the positive effects of beet juice.
Some other natural methods of lowering blood pressure are drinking white willow tea and mint tea. Any warm tea in general can help reduce blood pressure and are very soothing. Though for ultimate results I highly recomend white willow.
