Cold feet and bowel problems My brother's feet are always cold and he has bad diarrhea whenever he eats anything. He is on high blood pressure medicine |

Cold feet is a common side effect of people with high blood pressure due to poor circulation. The poor circulation may have resulted from fluid retention. Assuming that the blood pressure medicine has a diuretic (water pill) in it like Lasix or HCTZ, the loss of potassium is likely which will cause diarrhea. I suggest he contact his doctor and have his potassium check and if low get on some supplements asap. K-Dur is a good supplement but any product to replenish potassium should work, even bananas. He should also ask about compression stockings to push some of the water out so his legs get better cirulation.
