No it is the same as normal height people.

Short people can certainly have low blood pressure but not anymore so than average height or tall people. Height is not a factor. I am a tall female that has low blood pressure, that can drop to 90/60 at times with an average of 110/65. Low blood pressure can be a result of many factors but can be an indication of good health, (as well as being problematic). If your blood pressure drops too low, you will likely experience transient dizziness and weakness. Should this occur, your doctor should be notified.

I'm not sure if this is a serious question or a humor question! At first it appears to be a humor question but then when I thought for a second about it, I am short and I do have low blood pressure so now I'm not sure how to answer!

Going for serious first, I looked at the journal of human hypertension and they did do a study in regard to the association between height and blood pressure. It was a bit difficult to decipher but it appears that from their study there is no relation between the two in children. In adult woman however there appears to be a relation between the two only when obesity is involved and that was an increase not a decrease in blood pressure, and in short people the only statistic was an increase in pulse pressure. I didn't see any correlation in regard to men. The relationship to short people and blood pressure was summarized as only an increase in pulse pressure which could increase cardiovascular risk. So I guess the answer is no based on that study.

On the less serious side, we short people can't stand up to the tall orders the rest of the world expects so we have less stress and therefore our blood pressure tends to be low. ?!

They can, and so can taller people. Height has nothing to do with medical or health issues.

I have never heard about the correlation between the height of a person and low blood pressure.

Known also as hypotension, it is related to various medical conditions, such as pregnancy, cardiovascular and endocrine problems, blood loss, septicemia (severe infection), anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction), and anemia that is related to lack of nutrients in common diet.

Besides, triggers and culprits of hypotension may be medications such as Alpha-blockers, Beta-blockers, Diuretics (water pills), Drugs for Parkinson's disease, Viagra (Sildenafil, especially when combined with nitroglycerine heart medication), and tricyclic antidepressants.

Otherwise, the world is full of short people who suffer of hypertension or high blood pressure.
