Does donating blood lower blood pressure I have slightly high blood pressure, can donating blood help lower this? |

Donating blood does not cause you blood pressure to lower.
Talk to you doctor about ways you can lower it.
Restrict your sodium consumption
Follow the dash diet - www.dashdiet.org
and get some exercise
