Decreased libido in menopause is thought to be due to decreased levels of estrogen. Increasing testosterone can also increase libido. Here are the four main treatments for menopause-related loss of libido:
Lubricants: Using lubricants during sex can make intercourse less painful and more enjoyable. Though lubricants will not provide long-term relief for your low libido, it can provide temporary relief.
Hormone Creams: Hormone creams that contain estrogen can be applied to the vagina in order to increase blood flow. This blood flow should allow for increased sensitivity and easier orgasm.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): HRT is still viewed as the most successful menopause treatment. While HRT may not boost your libido chemically, it can help reduce other symptoms that may be complicating your sex life.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): New research suggests that testosterone plays a major role in the female sex drive. A new testosterone patch has been shown to improve sex drive in women by up to 75%. This patch is not yet approved, but similar testosterone therapy is available. Side effects can include increased cancer risk, rapid hair growth, and a deepened voice.

I have used testosterone therapy prior to menopause because of another condition and it worked wonders with my sex drive. Unfortunately, I am not willing to accept the hairy man legs, deep voice and adams apple, and the bull neck that I got from it. It has taken about 4 years to get over them and the neck is still here. It is very hard to remove the extra weight that also came with it.
I use the lubes, and am using the soy hormones from the health food store. Still nothing.

This is not at all unusual.
It is a natural part of life for women to lose their sex drive after menopause. Sex drive is built into us naturally so that we will "be fruitful and multiply". After menopause, woman can no longer become pregnant and the hormones that naturally fed their sex drive are greatly reduced.
Medical science has tried to remedy the situation in a number of ways, which it sounds like you have had some experience with. The truth is that it is difficult to overcome this natural part of our life cycle. It does not affect all women but the vast majority of them.
Men don't ever seem to lose their sex drive and that's unfortunate for their wives, who would probably be content to be without sex, through sharing life experiences, like a romantic meal or a good movie.
