I wan't to know that if a person 's ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray test shows that a bright white lump or mass is on the outside part of the person's bladder on the ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray screen is that bright white lump a bladder caner tumor.

I was born with a hernia in my right groin area in 1966 .And in 1978 i had hernia surgery to correct the problem.I was told that i have chronic microscopic hematuria by my doctor in 2002 and i still have today.But i didn't have any symptoms like pain or burning in my pelvic area or lowback when i was first diagnosed with chronic microscopic hematuria.But now after six years since i was diagnosed with chronic microscopic hematuria i am starting to have pains in my pelvic area and in my groin area and my lowback that radiates to my right buttock and my right leg.Also my urologist said that i have a varicoceli in 2002. And my urologist ordered me a ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray test in 2002 also and he said the ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray test were normal. But when he showed me the x-rays i saw a bright white lump or mass on the out side part of my bladder on the x-ray screen .Is that bright white lump or mass a bladder cancer tumor that's on the out side part of my bladder on the ivp.kidney and bladder x-ray screen,or is the bright white lump or mass on the outside part of my bladder on the ivp.x-ray screen normal.And also could that lump or mass on the outside part of my bladder could have been caused by my hernia surgery that i had in 1978 in my right groin area.And also could labetalol hcl .300mg .tablets high blood pressure medicine cause microscopic hematuria or could hernia surgery from thirty years ago cause chronic hematuria in a person thirty years later.
