Everything that was said here are very common recommendations; of course it depends on your dosing regimen on things like the blood pressure meds, but it is a gold standard recommendation to take cholesterol lowering meds like the statins at bedtime (with dinner is ok) for that very reason mentioned. Cholesterol is almost like a nocturnal animal, made in your body while you sleep. The statins serve to inhibit that production to keep your levels down.

All the drugs are to be taken after meal. Losartan is usually taken at morning as a single dose. Atorvastatin is taken at dinner as a single dose. But Metformin requires multiple dosing, usually 2 - 3 times a day.
