Is there anything that i am able to eat or drink to bring up my blood pressure now?

My friend had a similar problem. He went to the doctor and
they wanted to remove his gallbladder.

He told them no and changed his diet.

Blood sugar and blood pressure are TWO different things. Blood sugar means you aren't eating enough and your sugar levels are crashing giving you headaches, nausea, ect. If you are eating five small meals a day, drinking enough and still feeling bad, see your doctor.

Blood pressure means your body is not getting enough blood to your organs which can be as serious as high blood pressure. You can faint, pass out, stop breathing....act drunk when you are not. Increasing your water intake, avoiding caffeine, avoiding stress, getting enough sleep, eating five small meals a day and in some cases it requires medication to elevate your blood pressure. Basically if you can't control either of these you need to see your doctor. My low blood pressure had me pass out walking out of a store. I woke up in an ambulance, did the ER ride, tons of tests and before we figured out what it was, I lost my job because my boss thought I was drunk on the job when my blood pressure crashed on me.
