Might it be MS?

Yesterday I began having a tingling sensation on the top of my left hand, then it spread to the top of my arm, following the left side of my face and a little bit on my left leg...I was sure I was having a stroke, (I'm healthy 38y/o) went to the bathroom stuck out my toungue, smiled everything was straight and ok, since I have had these symtoms once before a few months back and they subsided on their own, then I thought maybe a pinched nerve (even though this occurrence was more severe) . I was going to GYN in the afternoon so I mentioned it to her and she said that she was concerned ref. MS and wanted me to see a Neurologist. She said you have normal blood pressure, no diabetes, she said it pointed to MS to please see a specialist. I also have dizziness, nausea sometimes and difficulty breathing at times (but I am asthmatic but have not had an attack in ages)...i made an appointment but its going to be about 2 weeks, just wanted to hear some opinions..oh yeah I feel super tired lately and my arm is still numb and weak x 2 days....thanks for all your help!
