What are some natural ways to lower blood pressure? |

Well the main one and the best is to get some exercise. That will help lower blood pressure. You do not even have to run you can just walk a few blocks and back a day.
Another way you can lower it is to watch what you eat. Sodium will make it go high. They say the most sodium you should eat is no more then 7% in any foods.
