What could cause a squeezing pain in upper left arm like a blood pressure cuff? |

You should go see a doctor as you could be having heart complications. You should make your health your first priority because if this is heart problems, then you could have a heart attack and die. If you can't afford to go to a doctor because you have no insurance, then go see a clinic immediately. They are much cheaper because the bill you will get is based on your income.

Pain in the left arm can often be associated with a pending heart attack or heart complications. You'll need to see a physician in person, however, to know for sure what this could be. It definitely sounds like a circulation issue though. If this has happened recently I'd call your doctor, a hot line, or go to the hospital if it feels serious. If it feels more like something that has to do with your upper left arm itself then it should probably still be looked at, but might not be a pending serious issue.
