What high blood pressure medicine would be good for my migraines? My blood pressure Usually tends to run normal to low. Not too low, but it has been low like 98 over 68. I just worry about taking these because I was on Inderal and Verapamil which seemed to make me so tired and then I was worried my blood pressure would get too low. |

High blood pressure medicine would be good for my migraines? I think you might need to try a Beta-blocker and this med will reduce nerve impulses to the heart and blood vessels. This makes the heart beat slower and with less force. Blood pressure drops and the heart works less hard and there are some good blood pressure meds that may fit the bill and some of them are propranolol , metoprolol or Toprol nadolol betaxolol acebutolol , pindolol , and bisoprolol . So you might talk to the doctor about one of the Beta-blockers and see what he says .
