It depends on the age of the child. From ages 3-5, the average bp is 116/76. From ages 6-9, 122/78. From ages 10-12, 126/82. From 13-15, 136/86.

Blood Pressure (B.P) is mesured with the help of two numerical readings or values called systolic and diasystolic, which are upper and lower measurement, suppose a person's blood pressure is prescribed as 140/90 which means that systolic blood pressure is 140 and the diasystlic is 90.

Blood Pressure range in Children:
For blood pressure, in children, hight is an imporant factor, taller children have higher blood pressure. Therefore, normal blood pressure range for children is based on Height, Age and Gender.
1). Age group 3 to 5 years old
In this age group blood pressure for systomic ranges from 104 to 116 according to age, height and gender. The diastolic pressure ranges from 63 to 74.

2). Age Group 6 - 9 year Old
In this group the B.P ranges from 108 - 121/ 71-81 with respect to age, gender and height.

3). Age Group 10 - 12 Years Old

The Blood Pressure of this age group ranges from 114-127/77-83
It again depends upon age, height and gender.
